Entries from Hong Kong

Schools should submit the following items to the Arts Education Section of EDB:

  1. Original copy of the Entry Submission Form with the School Principal’s signature and school chop;
  2. Original copy of the duly signed Declaration and Permission Slips; and
  3. A CD containing:
    1. Entry Submission Form (Excel format)
    2. Complete Entry Labels (Word format)
    3. All the submitted entries (JPG format)

Schools may download the forms from the EDB website.

Entry submission deadline extended until 15 May 2017
Schools are requested to save the digital image of the entries and relevant documents on a compact disk. The compact disk together with the signed Entry Submission Form and Declaration Slip should be submitted by post to the Arts Education Section, W325, 3/F, West Block, EDB Kowloon Tong Education Services Centre, 19 Suffolk Road, Kowloon by 15 May 2017.
