How to Submit

Submission of Entries

Each entry should be accompanied with an Entry Label which should be attached at the back of the entry, and a duly signed Declaration and Permission Slip which are available on:

(i) the Form Download page of the website of the Contest (http://www.hkisac.org) and

(ii) the website of the Arts Education Key Learning Area of EDB (http://www.edb.gov.hk/arts/exhibition).

The soft copy of the Entry Label(s) of EACH ENTRANT should be saved as digital files and either emailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or saved on a CD/USB flash drive/Memory card (e.g. SD, SM, CF, MMC, MS card) and submitted together with the entries.

All entries from OUTSIDE Hong Kong should reach the Arts Education Section of EDB On or Before 30 April 2012 at the following address:
